Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our kits come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a kit is faulty, unsafe, or doesn’t do what we said it would, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Faulty or damaged kits

Contact us as soon as you notice the problem — a photo or short description of what’s happening helps us fix it fast. For faulty items we cover the return postage, and we’ll replace the kit or refund you in full. Refunds for website orders go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.

Changed your mind?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to arrange it, then post the kit back in its original condition — return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. If an item comes back in less than its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted — requests need to be made within 4 days of purchase. Send us a message with your order details and we’ll confirm the cancellation and refund.

• Tell us what’s wrong (photos help for damage or faults)
• We’ll reply with the next steps — don’t post anything until we’ve confirmed the return

Etsy orders

The same policy applies to orders placed through our Etsy store — it’s shown on the listing, and Etsy’s buyer protection applies on top. Message us on Etsy about any Etsy order.
